A course examining cults in light of the definition of Christianity. Cults have certain predictable patterns, none of which are aspects of Christianity.

Seminar: Daniel 1 & 2

The Old Testament book of Daniel contains both parts of history and prophecy. It shares the story of members of the Jewish royal family carried off into captivity and stories of their lives. Daniel, one of the captives, was also gifted with prophecy. This course will examine historical elements, and consider elements of prophecy. Daniel 1 and Daniel 2 is two seminars of 6 weeks each. $100 buys both seminars. Student taking this class will:

  • Define prophecy
  • Identify the theology contained in Daniel
  • Explore the academic notions of prophecy and how they relate to Daniel
  • Determine practical application to the themes contained in Daniel
